This test is recommended if you have potential exposure to heavy metals through your work, environment, diet (such as frequent seafood consumption), or experience unexplained symptoms like fatigue, memory issues, or digestive problems.

No fasting is required, but avoid seafood for at least 48 hours before testing to prevent skewed mercury levels. A blood sample will be drawn during the test.
